Project Manager / Facility Management Specialist

Migros Bank is looking for a committed individual to fill the position of Project Manager/Facility Management Specialist, who will manage technical projects and develop sustainable solutions in energy and environmental management. The position is a permanent position with an 80-100% workload and offers opportunities for working from home.

Tasks

  • Management and coordination of external service providers and provider contracts
  • Contract and SLA management, including negotiations, scope definition, and post-contract management
  • Manage and oversee technical projects in the field of technical building management, such as HVAC, electrical systems, building automation, lighting, or doors
  • Taking on energy management tasks, such as analyzing energy consumption and developing energy-saving measures

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in operational and technical facility management
  • Experience in HVAC, facility management, or construction
  • Education at a technical college
  • German (business fluent), French (good knowledge), Italian (advantageous)
  • Experience in project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of contracts and strong negotiation skills
  • Solid technical understanding of HVACSE (evaluation & control)
  • Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, and quick to grasp new concepts
