The position of Project Manager Strategy / Corporate Development offers the opportunity to lead strategic projects and support the CEO and the Executive Board in complex issues. The position is based in Zurich and requires a high level of initiative, analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
Job description
Tasks
- Supporting the CEO and the Executive Board in complex strategic issues and projects (incl. M&A)
- Independent design and management of strategic projects
- Preparation of decision-making at management level
- Execution of ad-hoc analyses based on requests from the management
- Collaboration on the architecture of Zürcher Kantonalbank
- Support for the Chief of Staff to the CEO
Requirements
- University degree (preferably MBA at Master's level)
- Project management experience at one of the leading strategy consulting firms, ideally in the financial services sector
- Strong analytical, solution-oriented and conceptual skills
- An exact and efficient way of working, as well as a pronounced quality awareness
- High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
