Tasks
- Change management: Supporting organizational changes, planning and coordinating training and ensuring that new processes and solutions are understood and accepted by employees.
- Team leadership & knowledge transfer: Leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams, promotion of knowledge exchange and support as a sparring partner.
Requirements
- Education & Methodology: University degree (FH/Uni) in business administration, business informatics or a comparable education - ideally supplemented by a project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, Scrum).
- Project management experience: Several years of experience in the management of complex projects, with agile methods (e.g. Scrum) and/or with classic project management methods (Waterfall).
- Industry and digital expertise: Ideally experience from the financial services environment and in particular from digital transformation projects.
- Passion for technology: Interest in digital trends and ideally knowledge or interest in the IT sector.
- Communication & interpersonal skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to win over stakeholders and project teams for common goals.
- Personal qualities: A high level of initiative, a commitment to implementation and openness to new ideas. Structured, solution-oriented work and continuous further training.
