Tasks

• Responsibility for facility management (commissioning, planning, and construction of properties)
• Proficient in project management (processes, asset management, cost planning, control) using state-of-the-art and cutting-edge concepts and processes
• Analysis and management of the real estate portfolio, as well as the development of strategies and processes

Requirements

• Experience in Project and Process Management
• Strong conceptual and organizational skills
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
• 2–5 years of experience in facility management
• Relevant degree (computer science, university of applied sciences) in the field of facility management
• German (language of the proceedings)
• English (support)
