- Project portfolio management
- Koordination des Projektportfolios inkl. Antragverfahren, Genehmigungsprozesse, Statusverfolgung, Budgetüberwachung und Berichtswesen
Requirements
- Several years of sound experience in managing and leading projects in the banking sector
- Sound knowledge of BPO (Business Process Optimization)
- Good knowledge of specialist business processes - in particular securities trading, settlement and portfolio management
- Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten mit Fokus auf Ursachen-Wirkungszusammenhänge
- Hohe Lösungsorientierung mit einem pragmatischen, proaktiven Umgang mit Herausforderungen
- Klare Ergebnisorientierung nach dem Motto: «Muss es auch oder vergeht es?»
- Outstanding communication skills and strong team spirit
