  • Project portfolio management
  • Koordination des Projektportfolios inkl. Antragverfahren, Genehmigungsprozesse, Statusverfolgung, Budgetüberwachung und Berichtswesen

Requirements

  • Several years of sound experience in managing and leading projects in the banking sector
  • Sound knowledge of BPO (Business Process Optimization)
  • Good knowledge of specialist business processes - in particular securities trading, settlement and portfolio management
  • Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten mit Fokus auf Ursachen-Wirkungszusammenhänge
  • Hohe Lösungsorientierung mit einem pragmatischen, proaktiven Umgang mit Herausforderungen
  • Klare Ergebnisorientierung nach dem Motto: «Muss es auch oder vergeht es?»
  • Outstanding communication skills and strong team spirit
