Process, project and program management

The role

• Management of assigned projects in accordance with internal guidelines and targets
• Ensuring compliance with quality, time and budget specifications
• Elicitation and definition of objectives, structuring of projects, coordination of sub-areas, requirements engineering, test planning, active risk management, project reporting/controlling and project marketing
• Stakeholder management, moderation of problem-solving processes incl. documentation
• Checking the correct application of methods, techniques and tools in the agile implementation process
• Creation of concepts for the further development of internal processes as well as training documents and implementation of training courses
• Training and support of Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Team Members in the application of agile practices and methods
• Carrying out quality controls, internal project audits and active support in resolving findings
• Promoting an agile, collaborative and learning culture with a focus on continuous improvement

What we wish for

• Business management training (federal certificate or comparable)
• At least 7 years of experience in project management methodology (e.g. organizer with experience in business analysis)
• Good conceptual and organizational skills
• Strong communication / cooperation skills
• fluency in German and English
