BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is looking for a Process Manager to improve internal bank processes through digitalization and automation. The position requires at least 3 years of professional experience in process management and experience in using appropriate software tools.

Tasks

  • Improvement of internal bank processes through digitalization and automation
  • Analysis of existing processes with suitable software tools

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in process management
  • Initial experience in the banking sector or in management consulting is an advantage
  • Training with a focus on process management (e.g. SPiM) and user-oriented experience in automation (e.g. PowerAutomate, UI Path, AEM Forms) are desirable
  • Ideally experience in working with process management software BOC Adonis and Atlassian Confluence
  • Enthusiasm for processes in process management and motivation to develop them further
  • Identification with innovation and digitalization as well as a great affinity for change management
  • Initiative, assertiveness, results orientation and independent working style

Benefits

  • The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 2,890.27 gross p.m.
  • Remuneration is based on current market rates and takes into account your qualifications and experience
