Process Manager (all genders)

BTV Vier Länder Bank AG is seeking a process manager who will actively contribute to the further development of processes and improve the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in process management, particularly in the banking sector, and will be able to analyze and optimize processes.

Job description: Process Manager (all genders)

Tasks

  • Active participation in the further development of our processes
  • Improving the customer experience and underlying processes
  • Supporting process owners with adjustments and further developments
  • Contributing ideas for process design for innovative offerings and workflows
  • Ensuring proper policies and governance

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in process management
  • Experience in the banking sector or in management consulting is an advantage
  • Training and certifications with a focus on process management (e.g., SPzM) as well as further experience in technical automation tools (e.g., PowerAutomate, UI Path, AEM Forms) or in the use of AI are desirable.
  • Ability to analyze/optimize processes and motivation to further develop them
  • Identification with innovations, digitalization, and AI applications, as well as a strong affinity for change management
  • Initiative, assertiveness, results-oriented approach, and ability to work independently

We offer

  • This activity is subject to the collective agreement for employees of banks and bankers
  • The minimum salary for this position is € 2,890.27 gross p.m. full-time.
  • Remuneration is based on current market rates and takes into account your qualifications and experience
