BTV Viert Länder Bank AG is looking for a Process Manager who will be responsible for evaluating risks, coaching process owners and ensuring correct process governance. The ideal candidate has experience in process management, an affinity for digitalization and change management and is motivated to further develop processes.

Tasks
- Evaluation of possible risks
- Coaching of process owners and advice on process changes
- Impulses for process design for new (type) offers and processes
- Ensuring correct process governance
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in process management
- Initial experience in the banking sector or in management consulting is an advantage
- Affinity for process management (e.g. BPMN) and user-oriented experience in automation (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath, AQM Forms) are desirable
- Ideally experience in working with process management software BOC Adonis and Atlassian Confluence
- Enthusiasm for processes in process management and motivation to develop them further
- Identification with innovation & digitalization and a great affinity for change management
- Generative ideas, well-structured, results-oriented and independent work
We offer
- Activity is subject to the collective agreement for employees of banks and bankers
- The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 2,890.27 gross p.m.
