Process Manager (all genders)

Tasks

• Improvement of internal bank processes through digitalization and automation
• Analysis of existing processes with suitable software tools

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in process management
• Initial experience in the banking sector or in management consulting is an advantage
• Training with a focus on process management (e.g. SPiM) and application-oriented experience in automation (e.g. Power Automate, UI Path, AEM Forms) are desirable
• Ideally experience in working with process management software BOC Adonis and Atlassian Confluence
• Enthusiasm for processes in process management and motivation to develop them further
• Identification with innovation and digitalization as well as a great affinity for change management
• Initiative, service orientation, results orientation and independent work

Benefits

• The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 2,890.27 gross p.a.
• Remuneration is based on current market salaries and takes your qualifications and experience into account
