Tasks
- Improvement of internal bank processes through digitalization and automation
- Analysis of existing processes with suitable software tools
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in process management
- Initial experience in the banking sector or in management consulting is an advantage
- Training with a focus on process management (e.g. SPiM) and application-oriented experience in automation (e.g. Power Automate, UI Path, AEM Forms) are desirable
- Ideally experience in working with process management software BOC Adonis and Atlassian Confluence
- Enthusiasm for processes in process management and motivation to develop them further
- Identification with innovation and digitalization as well as a great affinity for change management
- Initiative, service orientation, results orientation and independent work
Benefits
- The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 2,890.27 gross p.a.
