Tasks

• Continuously optimize product shelf architecture based on client demand, margin considerations, and the issuer's competitiveness
• Work closely with the sales teams on the floor, particularly the external and in-house distribution teams
• Work with retail networks, financial advisors, and digital platforms to maximize reach
• Increase the visibility of Julius Baer as a structured products issuer through contributions to articles and participation in panels, industry events, and trade shows at all levels
• Drive the further development of the Julius Baer Derivatives Portal

Client Engagement

• Educate distributors and end customers about product features, benefits, and risks
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure proper understanding and compliance
• Ensure compliance with Swiss and cross-border regulations (e.g., prospectus requirements, KID/KIIID, marketing restrictions)
• Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure robust controls across the public distribution framework
• Monitor changes in regulations and adjust distribution strategies accordingly

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Use data analytics to assess customer behavior, product profitability, and distribution effectiveness
• Translate market intelligence into actionable product and distribution recommendations
• Contribute to strategic initiatives related to structured products and broader wealth management offerings

Your profile

• A proven team player with strong communication skills, eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• 5–10 years of experience in public distribution, particularly in Switzerland
• German (required), English; other languages are a plus
• Master's degree in finance or a related field
