Tasks

• Design and build comprehensive regression test packs using test frameworks and other automation frameworks
• Improve and refine certification testing processes, reduce manual overload and increase efficiency
• Champion automation solutions for stress testing, performance measurement and future trading
• Creating a better organization and visualization of test scenarios to improve test coverage
• Collaborate with Execution and DMPM (Technology) teams on certification test improvements
• Expansion of simulator functions and integration within the test ecosystem
• Promoting the introduction of best practices for testing across the execution platform
• Support for product testing, defect rectification and certification readiness
• Support of production tests with automated test frameworks and test framework development
• Experience with automated test frameworks and test framework development

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps in test coverage and root causes of defects
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration between teams
• Proficiency in Java and Linux environments
• Ability to work independently while supporting the goals of the wider team
• Experience with stress tests and performance tests
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol and electronic trading communication (preferred)
• Knowledge of SLS and SGML standards (preferred)
• Understanding of financial markets and trading systems (preferred)
