Tasks

• Lead role in coordinating testing across agile teams: defining scope, schedules, environments and dependencies while maintaining clear visibility to ART leaders
• Reporting on test status to ART executives, summarizing progress, bottlenecks, improvements and upcoming priorities
• Coordination of test activities, including scheduling, coordination with stakeholders and active support during test cycles
• Performing quality assurance checks to evaluate regression protection, test completeness, defect trends and traceability of JIRA/JFCs
• Promoting production stability by coordinating acceptance meetings with product owners, project managers, RTEs and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement a test data strategy to solve common challenges related to data availability, correct permissions, data updates and reliability
• Promoting test excellence and automation, identifying areas for improvement, promoting best practices and supporting initiatives to increase automated test coverage

Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance in large agile environments, preferably in the financial services or banking sector
• Deep familiarity with SAFe or scaled agile frameworks and experience working with scrum masters, RTEs and product management; in a DevOps setup this is a plus
• Release management and quality assurance skills, with demonstrated ability to enforce discipline on freeze and go/no-go decisions
• Experience in the coordination of non-functional tests, especially penetration tests, and communication between technical teams and external reviewers
• Ability to analyze test metrics, JIRA workflows and test coverage reports to assess release readiness
• A natural collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence without authority and present clearly to senior stakeholders
