QIS STRUCTURER

Position description

QIS Structural Analyst in London, full-time position.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced structural expert to join our team in London. This person will be responsible for further developing quantitative investment strategies (QIS) as the foundation for our innovative investment solutions.

Your tasks

• Development of cross-asset QIS (with an initial focus on global equities)
• Development of the QIS Platform and Integration of Artificial Intelligence
• Development and delivery of QIS indices to various Leonteq clients, in collaboration with global sales teams
• Proven experience with the QIS governance framework
• Structuring and Pricing of QIS-Based Products
• Collaborate with various stakeholders (Trading, Structuring, Legal and Compliance, Documentation, Risk, MO, etc.) to deliver QIS solutions and projects

Your requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, quantitative finance, mathematics, physics, or economics. A master’s or PhD degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in QIS structuring at a major investment bank
• Experience with regulatory projects related to QIS in Europe and/or Switzerland, as well as with client presentations and roadshows
• Strong quantitative and communication skills, with knowledge of cross-asset structured products and pricing
• Proven experience in complex data analysis
• Strong programming skills (ideally in Python)
• Ability to deliver effective solutions quickly
• Solution-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
