Tasks

Development of cross-asset Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS)
Development of the QIS platform
Marketing of QIS to Leonteq clients, together with global sales teams
Proven experience with the QIS governance framework
Structuring and pricing of products with QIS underlyings

Requirements

PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative subject (pure mathematics, financial mathematics, economics)
At least 10 years of professional experience in the development of QIS in financial institutions, especially in the early stages of the company
Experience in regulatory projects related to QIS in Europe and/or Switzerland
Experience in customer presentations / roadshows
Strong knowledge of pricing and structuring of structured products
Strong programming skills (ideally Python)
Ability to deliver working solutions in a short time frame
Solution oriented, highly detail oriented and ability to work well with teams across the organization
