About the role
We are looking for a Senior Structurer to join our team in Zurich. In this role you will be responsible for the further development of Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) as the basis for our innovative range of investment solutions.
Tasks
- Development of cross-asset QIS
- QIS platform development
- Marketing of QIS to Leonteq clients, together with global sales teams
- Proven experience with QIS governance framework
- Structuring and pricing of products with QIS underlyings
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative subject (pure mathematics, financial mathematics, economics)
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the development of QIS in financial institutions, especially in the early stages of the business
- Experience in regulatory projects related to QIS in Europe and/or Switzerland
- Experience in customer presentations / roadshows
- Strong knowledge of pricing and structuring of structured products
- Strong programming skills (ideally Python)
- You know how to deliver working solutions in a short time frame
- You are solution-oriented, highly detail-oriented and have the ability to work well with teams across the organization
