In this role you will be responsible for the further development of Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) as the foundation for our innovative range of investment solutions.

Tasks

• Development of cross-asset QIS
• QIS platform development
• Marketing of QIS to Leonteq clients, together with global sales teams
• Proven experience with QIS governance framework
• Structuring and pricing of products with QIS underlyings

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative subject (pure mathematics, financial mathematics, economics)
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the development of QIS in financial institutions, especially in the early stages of the business
• Experience in regulatory projects related to QIS in Europe and/or Switzerland
• Experience in customer presentations / roadshows
• Strong knowledge of pricing and structuring of structured products
• Strong programming skills (ideally Python)
• You know how to deliver working solutions in a short time frame
• You are solution-oriented, very detail-oriented and can work well with teams across the organization
