As a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst in our Control Management Organization, you will play a key role in monitoring and verifying compliance with policies and procedures to support our client advisors and control/support functions. You will be part of our Geneva QA team and help develop strategies, improve detective controls, and deliver high-quality results that support our commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.Tasks
As a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:- Conduct quality checks against established criteria
- Develop expertise in the field of investment products and regulatory requirements
- Analyze disputes and their causes and provide recommendations for corrective actions
- Work with business partners to conduct quality checks, analyze disputes, and handle escalations
- Participate in discussions with Compliance, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders regarding risk issues
- Monitor the control and operating environment for changes that affect quality checks
- Make recommendations for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
- Participate in ad hoc projects or targeted reviews
- Present business results to senior managers and provide training, performance reports, and trend analyses to LOB management teams
- Proactively identify potential issues and drive process improvements
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external clients
Requirements
Required qualifications, skills, and knowledge:- At least 3 years of relevant experience in oversight roles such as audit, QA, operations, risk and control management, or related roles at banks, Big 4 firms, or other financial institutions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to act as a team leader and implement broader team strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with the industry, business processes, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet demanding deadlines while priorities shift
- Experience in risk and control management
- A high degree of professionalism, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency
Preferred qualifications
Preferred qualifications, skills, and knowledge:- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
- Experience in private banking or wealth management
- Knowledge of German, Spanish, Italian, or Greek is a plus
