Quantitative Researcher - AI/ML

Tasks

• Planning the delivery of models.
• Writing unit tests for the models.
• Documentation of the models.
• Maintenance of a model portfolio.
• Building a model.
• Provision of a model.
• Development of a new AI/ML model.
• Establishment of a new AI/ML function.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on machine learning.
• Proven development experience in AI/ML and experience supporting applied AI/ML projects.
• Background in AI/ML with strong statistical and mathematical skills, as well as experience with deep learning, particularly transformers, diffusion models, and other model families.
• Strong quantitative skills with practical knowledge of AI/ML technologies such as PyTorch, SQL, and ML; experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and the ability to apply new knowledge quickly are essential.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of the scope required to deliver an AI/ML project, as well as strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas and bridge the gap with partners who have less experience in the AI/ML field.
• Previous experience in the market: The best new jobs or projects are handled by a strong team member.
