Quantitative Researcher

Man Group is seeking a Quantitative Researcher with experience in systematic fixed income to work remotely in the U.S. and develop new alpha signals and trading strategies. The position offers a salary between $130,000 and $140,000 plus a bonus.

Tasks

  • Proposal, research, and implementation of new alpha signals, as well as adjustments to funds—from investment to risk management
  • Work with an allocation team to align our strategies, ensuring that our trading results are consistent with our purpose and long-term investment goals
  • Taking our clients' goals into account and reducing transaction costs

Requirements

  • Quantitative Alpha Background with an advanced or higher degree in mathematics, statistics, and/or computer science, financial engineering, applied mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related field. Candidates without an advanced degree but with substantial experience may also be considered.
  • Experience with systematic models is a plus.
  • Understanding Market Microstructure and Liquidity
  • Ability to independently design and implement statistical models
  • A good grasp of the subject and career prospects
