Lateral entry as customer advisor:in customer hall 80% -100% | Sales and customer advisory service | throughout the canton of Zurich | Experienced professionals

Tasks

• You support our customers in entering the digital world of Zürcher Kantonalbank
• You are jointly responsible for processing cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers and safe facilities
• You work closely with technical specialists and specialists - with the aim of building lasting relationships and providing our customers with holistic support

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent training and several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented service sector (e.g. insurance, tourism, retail, telecommunications)
• You are service-oriented, communicative and have a good sense of what customers need and are looking for a long-term job
• You are self-motivated, but also work well in a team
• You have a confident demeanor, a well-groomed appearance and treat others with respect
• Pleasure in consulting and interest in economic topics
• Very good knowledge of German, foreign languages are an advantage
