Area Manager for Wallisellen and Uster (all locations) · 80–100% permanent position (open-ended contract) · Immediate start or by agreement · Location-independent work · Option to work from home

Tasks

- Through regular coaching and mentoring sessions, you support and empower your employees in their personal and professional development to help them achieve their goals. - By planning and executing your own campaigns and events, you help the district strengthen its market position and represent Migros Bank in the public eye.

Profile

- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience - Bachelor’s or master’s degree (university/ETH, university of applied sciences, business school) - Banking & Finance - German (business fluent) - Several years of experience leading, supporting, and coaching members of a sales team. - “Sales Excellence,” strong leadership skills, and a passion for setting and achieving sales targets. - A positive and proactive attitude, with values that align with ours. - A keen interest in the financial market and its development, as well as related economic sectors (housing, insurance, taxes, sustainability).
