Overview

Area Manager Wallisellen and Uster (all) - 80–100% Permanent position (open-ended) • Immediate start or by agreement • Location: Location-independent work • Home office option

Tasks

- Through regular coaching and tandem meetings, you will support and empower your employees in their personal and professional development, as well as in achieving their goals. - By planning and implementing your own campaigns and events, you will help to expand the market position of the Rayon and represent Migros Bank in public.

Profile

- 3 to 5 years - Personnel management - Completed degree (university/ETH, FH, HF) - Banking & finance - German (business fluent)

• Several years of experience in managing, supporting, and coaching sales team employees.
• Sales excellence, strong leadership skills, and enjoyment of initiating and implementing change processes.
• A personality with a positive and proactive attitude and values that match ours.
• Keen interest in the financial market and its development, as well as related economic fields (housing, insurance, taxes, sustainability).
