Area Manager Wallisellen and Uster

Migros Bank is looking for a district manager for its Wallisellen and Uster locations who, as a manager and team player, will help shape customer service and the future of the bank. The position is a permanent position with the option of working from home and offers a variety of benefits, such as coaching, childcare, and flexible working conditions.

Tasks

A leadership-skilled team player supports our customers in Wallisellen and Uster in achieving their financial goals, advises them, accompanies them, and offers them the banking services of the future. In regular coaching and tandem meetings, you support and empower your employees in their personal and professional development, as well as in achieving the associated goals.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Completed degree (university/ETH, FH, HW) in banking and finance
  • German (business fluent)
  • Several years of experience in managing, supporting, and coaching sales team employees
  • "Ease in sales" (sales excellence), strong leadership skills, and enjoyment in initiating and implementing change processes
  • A personality with a positive and proactive attitude and values that match ours
  • Keen interest in the financial market and its development, as well as related economic fields (housing, insurance, taxes, sustainability)
