In regular coaching and tandem meetings, you support and empower your employees in their personal and professional development, as well as in achieving the associated goals.

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience
• Completed degree (university/ETH, FH, HW) in banking and finance
• German (business fluent)
• Several years of experience in managing, supporting, and coaching sales team employees
• "Ease in sales" (sales excellence), strong leadership skills, and enjoyment in initiating and implementing change processes
• A personality with a positive and proactive attitude and values that match ours
• Keen interest in the financial market and its development, as well as related economic fields (housing, insurance, taxes, sustainability)
