Real Estate Valuation Specialist
UBS is seeking an experienced real estate valuation specialist in French-speaking Switzerland to advise corporate clients and portfolio managers on mortgage financing. The primary responsibilities include analyzing real estate data and conducting valuations using standardized methods.
Responsabilités
- Advise your clients on real estate appraisals
- Analyze real estate data and evaluate it using standard appraisal methods and in accordance with UBS guidelines
- Advisor to Corporate Clients and Real Estate Portfolio Managers in the area of mortgage financing, for which you would be responsible
- Effectively gather relevant data (urban planning, buildings, infrastructure, real estate market) based on standardized information and supplementary research
- Research market indicators for the location of the real estate asset or in light of other factors
Skills and Experience
- HEC, EPI, supplemented by several years of additional training in real estate appraisal and development, and a degree corresponding to this profile
- A proactive and outward-looking mindset
- Ability to manage customer needs and their entrepreneurial experience
- Ability to handle different sources of information
