- Enforce security standards and maintain confidentiality
- Administrative support: managing supplies at the front desk, distributing mail, preparing meeting rooms

- Confidentiality and Compliance: Adherence to strict data protection standards in accordance with data protection guidelines
- Welcome visitors and callers and make a positive first impression
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (knowledge of other languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus)
