Tasks

  • Enforce security standards and maintain confidentiality
  • Administrative support: managing supplies at the front desk, distributing mail, preparing meeting rooms
  • Meeting Support: Ensuring visits and events run smoothly, coordinating logistics behind the scenes
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Adherence to strict data protection standards in accordance with data protection guidelines
  • Welcome visitors and callers and make a positive first impression

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of German and English (knowledge of other languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus)
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office, telephone systems, and meeting management tools
