Receptionist 70% (f/m/d)

Tasks

  • Welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Management of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinating conference room bookings and ensuring that rooms are prepared accordingly
  • Management of visitor registration and compliance with security and access procedures
  • Planning internal and external meetings
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth front office operations
  • Support with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management
  • Ensuring that the reception area is neat and professional
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Completion of commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or hospitality role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office and modern communication tools
  • Professional demeanor and customer-oriented attitude
  • Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
  • Calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure
  • Customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Swiss/EU passport or Swiss work permit (mandatory)
  • Residence in the Zurich region
