Receptionist 70% (f/m/d)Tasks
- Welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner
- Management of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinating conference room bookings and ensuring that rooms are prepared accordingly
- Management of visitor registration and compliance with security and access procedures
- Planning internal and external meetings
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and deliveries
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth front office operations
- Support with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management
- Ensuring that the reception area is neat and professional
- Strict adherence to confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Completion of commercial training or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or hospitality role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office and modern communication tools
- Professional demeanor and customer-oriented attitude
- Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
- Calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure
- Customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Swiss/EU passport or Swiss work permit (mandatory)
- Residence in the Zurich region
