The Receptionist will provide a seamless, luxurious reception that meets five-star hotel standards and perform administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have reception experience, excellent communication skills and be service-oriented.

Tasks
- The Receptionist ensures a seamless, luxurious experience that meets the standards of five-star hospitality.
- The Receptionist provides professional and client-centered reception, switchboard, travel and administrative services.
Main tasks
1. client and management services
- Opening and closing the reception area
- Ensuring that the reception area and switchboard are manned at all times during opening hours
- Welcoming clients and visitors personally (escorting them to their seats, offering and serving drinks)
- Management of Click & Share and provision of WLAN access on request
- Resetting the lounges after clients have left (cleaning, tidying, refilling and airing)
- Daily inspection of the client and executive area (plants, flowers, brochures) and ensuring cleanliness and supplies
2. administrative support
- Organization and booking of meeting rooms
- Reception of external visitors and issuing of ID badges
- Keeping statistics (number of clients/visitors and consumables)
- Coordination with facility management or maintenance for repairs (chairs, lighting, doors, elevator, noise, ventilation, etc.)
- Coordination with cleaning services if required
- Preparation of "welcome packages" and organization of introduction days
- Participation in marketing projects (seasonal decorations, uniforms, distribution of company images, etc.)
- Support with various administrative tasks such as hotel room bookings
- Performing cashier tasks for the finance department
- Ensuring that all supplies are available in the lounges (tissues, notepads, pens, envelopes), refilling brochures and cleaning windows as required
3. hospitality services
- Management of beverage supplies (water, juice, coffee, tea) and amenities (cookies, chocolate, fruit pastes)
- Organization, administration and ordering of breakfasts/meals for meetings on request
- Contact and request offers from various caterers/suppliers and follow-up (orders, delivery, invoicing)
- Setting up lounges/meeting rooms + service (receiving deliveries, setting up and dismantling after events). Restoring the room and cleaning the dishwasher
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk employee or administrative support
- Professional and welcoming demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite and efficient approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (faxes)
- Fluent in French and English
- Service-oriented, flexible, reliable and a strong team member
