- Welcoming clients, candidates, and other visitors
- Providing a professional reception service to internal and external clients
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks
Requirements
- High standards of integrity and resilience, with good presentation and good manners
- High degree of confidentiality and risk-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels
- Very good oral and written knowledge of English, French and German, other languages constitute an advantage
- From two to five years of professional experience in the switchboard and reception areas, preferably in an international company operating in the financial sector
- Diplomatic skills and a friendly telephone voice
- Good computer user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications)
- Quick comprehension, efficient, independent, and reliable way of working
- Team player with a high service orientation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, sense of service and problem solver
