• Proof of success in managing and discovering trust bison and investment clients, as well as in managing wealthy private clients with their own portfolio management (investment and asset management)
• Completed banking training and/or higher education or further training (e.g., university, technical college, AZEK, CFA)
• Service-oriented, enthusiastic personality with a strong customer focus
• Independent, responsible approach to work and initiative
• Strong negotiation skills and persuasiveness
