Your contribution

• Ensuring competent legal advice and support for the SNB together with your team colleagues;
• Independent processing of legal issues with a focus on cash supply, banking operations and the provision of banking services for the federal government, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts (including order, work and data protection declarations);
• Representation of the company in internal and external tax law issues (VAT, withholding tax incl. refund issues, handling of loss certificates, etc.);
• Preparation of expert opinions and submission of assessments on private and public law issues;
• Legal support and co-design of key SNB projects and plans.

Your knowledge and experience

• University degree with Swiss bar admission, preferably with additional training (e.g. LL.M.);
• At least four years of professional experience in a commercially oriented law firm or in-house counsel, in particular in an industrial company;
• Sound knowledge of private law and ideally tax law;
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working, with the ambition to achieve high-quality results;
• High sense of achievement and responsibility, broad interest and commitment;
• Very good knowledge of German or French with good passive knowledge of the other national language and good knowledge of English.
