Legal Counsel

About this position

What can you expect?

The tasks include:

• Handling Customer Complaints
• Design and delivery of internal training programs
• Contributing to the promotion of a culture of legal compliance within the bank
• Drafting and reviewing documents with legal content, particularly those from external providers
• Monitoring regulatory developments
• Overseeing various projects and participating in working groups
• Support in managing the bank's own real estate
• Legal support for the bank's various business units
• Drafting contracts and updating banking documentation
• Updating internal policies and processes

What do you bring with you?

The requirements are:

• Master’s degree in Swiss law; admission to the bar is a plus
• An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a healthy dose of pragmatism
• You are dynamic, proactive, curious, service-oriented, and have excellent time management skills
• Excellent written communication skills (correspondence, well-reasoned responses, reports)
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a structured and thorough manner
• You work independently, are reliable, and have good communication skills
• Native speaker of French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language as well as English
