Legal Counsel
Banque Cantonale de Fribourg is seeking a Legal Advisor (80–100%) to serve as an internal legal point of contact and partner for the bank’s various business units. The role involves handling customer complaints, drafting contracts, and providing legal support to the business units.

The tasks include:- Handling Customer Complaints
- Design and delivery of internal training programs
- Contributing to the promotion of a culture of legal compliance within the bank
- Drafting and reviewing documents with legal content
- Monitoring regulatory developments
- Overseeing various projects and participating in working groups
- Support in managing the bank's own real estate
- Legal support for the bank's various business units
- Drafting contracts and updating banking documentation
- Updating internal policies and processes
What do you bring with you?
The requirements are:- Master’s degree in Swiss law; admission to the bar is a plus
- An analytical and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a healthy dose of pragmatism
- Dynamic, proactive, curious, service-oriented, and excellent at managing priorities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a structured and thorough manner
- Ability to work independently, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Native speaker of French or German with excellent knowledge of the other language as well as English
