Reconciliation Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Responsibility for the execution of business activities in a specific function to ensure smooth operations, good quality and risk management awareness
• Analyze and investigate exceptions or unusual items identified during the reconciliation process and escalate to management as needed
• Evaluate and escalate issues and ensure appropriate monitoring of differences with functions responsible for this
• Apply product knowledge to set up the right rules for data and fast feeds into the matching toolset
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure all transactions are properly accounted for and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Develop, maintain and update procedures and checklists to perform reconciliations efficiently and effectively
• Identification of process improvement opportunities and implementation of process steps
• Meeting deadlines for reconciliations and delivering high quality results in a fast-paced environment
