Reconciliation Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Verify and reconcile cash and securities transactions, including trades, settlements and positions, to ensure they are accurate and any issues are resolved promptly
• Apply product knowledge to ensure the correct rules are set for setting up data and swift feeds into the reconciliation tool
• Collaborate and work closely with other teams to ensure all transactions are properly accounted for and any issues are resolved promptly
• Develop, maintain and update procedures and checklists to ensure that reconciliations are carried out efficiently and effectively
• Identification of process improvements and implementation of process steps
• Meeting deadlines for coordination and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
