Recruiter – 6 months

Sygnum is seeking a recruiter for a 6-month assignment who will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent and managing the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, particularly in the IT and banking sectors, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Tasks

As a recruiter, you play an important role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from gathering departmental requirements to hiring successful candidates. Your ability to assess cultural fit and build strong relationships with department heads will be critical to your success. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • End-to-end recruitment: Full responsibility for complex recruitment processes, including job profile creation, direct search, candidate interviews, due diligence checks, and offer preparation
  • Interviews and assessment: Organizing and conducting interviews in which candidates are assessed with a strong focus on cultural fit and alignment with company values.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders: Advising and supporting department heads throughout the recruitment process, incorporating your expertise and insights into every step
  • Candidate experience: Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates, with clear communication and timely feedback
  • Process improvement: Continuous optimization of recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:
  • Proven experience in recruitment (particularly IT and banking profiles), ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
  • Master's degree or equivalent higher education in human resources (e.g., human resources professional with federal diploma)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Experience with direct and modern sourcing techniques
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail and data-driven decisions
  • Experience prioritizing high-volume workloads, managing tight deadlines, and juggling competing priorities
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and with MS Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
