Your role

As a recruiter, you are responsible for filling positions at all seniority levels and in all departments in Switzerland. You will be in constant contact with line managers, HR business partners, and candidates.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process for assigned positions, from advertising to hiring, including conducting interviews
• Support and advice for managers before, during, and after the recruitment process
• Technical responsibility for the continuous improvement of the recruitment process
• Analysis of applicants and industry trends to improve recruitment strategy
• Holiday replacement for the recruitment coordinator in organizing interviews and applicant management

Your profile

• At least 3 years in recruitment, ideally in the financial sector
• Confident manner and stylish communication in German and English
• Proactive and engaging personality who can work very well with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in order to succeed in an international and dynamic work environment
• Good MS Office skills and the ability to analyze data
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to travel to Zurich occasionally for applicant interviews
