Red Team Tester

Your role

• We are expanding our global Red Team and are looking for additional testers based in Krakow or Wroclaw to drive security improvements across the organization by simulating real-world cyber attacks.
• Candidates should have experience in security testing, preferably with Red Team experience, ideally in a large corporate or consulting environment.

Your tasks

• Simulate real cyber attacks to drive security improvements in the company.
• Translating technical results into business risks.
• Preparation of clear reports in English business language.
• Project management and personal organization skills.

Your requirements

• Strong technical background, preferably in cyber security.
• Hands-on experience performing penetration testing and/or red team testing of critical business assets.
• Good working knowledge of enterprise systems.
• Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities and techniques.
• Inquisitive mind and passion for cyber security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Formal security certifications (e.g. CREST, OSCP).
