Capital Market Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

What you can expect

As a Specialist (m/f/d), your main responsibilities will include implementing relevant regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, MAR, WpHG, the Taxonomy Regulation, and the Disclosure Regulation, as well as carrying out compliance monitoring activities. Together with the team, you will be responsible for capital market-related trading monitoring. You will be responsible for (SQL, VBA) within your area of responsibility. Your responsibilities also include addressing capital market-related issues within the Capital Markets Compliance team. In addition, you will handle inquiries, participate in projects, and help drive them forward.

What you bring with you

• You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable degree in a related field.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in implementing legal and regulatory requirements in the capital markets sector, particularly with regard to MiFID II, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), MaComp, MAR I/MAD, as well as the Disclosure Regulation and the Taxonomy Regulation.
• You have a high level of IT affinity and have good knowledge of SQL, VBA, or comparable programming languages, as well as Microsoft Office applications and Tableau.
