Capital Market Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• As a Compliance Officer (m/f/d), your main responsibilities will include implementing relevant regulatory requirements—such as MiFID II, MAR, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), the Taxonomy Regulation, the Disclosure Regulation, and monitoring procedures—and carrying out monitoring tasks.
• Together with the team, you will be responsible for monitoring the operational trading surveillance system. In this role, you will be responsible for (SQL, VBA).
• Your responsibilities also include handling capital markets compliance.
• In addition, you will handle inquiries (inbound/outbound), participate in projects, and support

What you bring with you

• You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable degree in a related field.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in implementing legal and regulatory requirements in the capital markets sector, particularly with regard to MiFID II, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), MaComp, MAR I, MAD, as well as the Disclosure Regulation and the Taxonomy Regulation.
• You have a strong aptitude for IT and are proficient in the use of or comparable programming languages, as well as Microsoft Office applications and Tableau.
