Tasks

• As a consultant (m/f/d) you will be responsible for capital market-related tasks.
• Your main tasks include monitoring and evaluating capital market-related information in connection with monitoring activities, carrying these out and initiating appropriate measures.
• Together with our specialist departments, including the competent internal audit department, they are responsible for addressing market abuse and market manipulation.
• You will also handle inquiries and compliance training.

Requirements

• You have a degree in economics or law or a comparable degree in a related field.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in the capital market business, in particular with regard to MiFID II, WpHG, MaComp, MAR or Money Laundering Regulation and Taxonomy Regulation.
• Your strengths lie in your structured and goal-oriented way of working, your strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as your planning and organizational skills.
• You have a very good grasp of things and strong analytical skills as well as a high level of motivation.
