Job description: Capital Market Officer

Tasks

• As a consultant (m/f/d) you will be responsible for capital market-related tasks.
• Your main tasks will include monitoring capital market-related activities.
• Together with the Compliance team, you will be responsible for capital market-related compliance tasks.
• You will also process inquiries and create compliance training courses for DZ PRIVATBANK.

Requirements

• You have a degree in economics or law or a comparable degree in a related field.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in the capital market business, in particular with regard to MiFID II, WpHG, MaComp, MAR or Disclosure Regulation and Taxonomy Regulation.
• Your strengths lie in your structured and goal-oriented way of working, your strong communication and assertiveness skills as well as your planning and organizational talent.
• You have a very good grasp of things, strong analytical skills and a high level of motivation.
• They are team and performance-oriented.
