Job description: Capital Market Officer

Tasks

• As a consultant (m/f/d), your daily tasks will include demanding and challenging tasks in the context of securities trading, monitoring activities, detection of market abuse, and data analysis.
• Together with the team, you will be responsible for monitoring trading to detect market abuse and processing data accumulations (SQL, VBA).
• Your responsibilities will also include independently processing inquiries in compliance training courses.

Requirements

• You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable degree in a related field.
• You have at least three years of professional experience in implementing legal and regulatory requirements in capital market business, e.g., with regard to MiFID II, WpHG, MaComp, MAR, EMIR, or Disclosure Regulation and Taxonomy Regulation.
• You have a basic affinity for IT and/or good knowledge of SQL, VBS, or comparable programming languages, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• You have knowledge of data analysis and initial experience in development.
• Your strengths lie in your structured and goal-oriented approach to work, your strong communication and assertiveness skills, and your enjoyment of designing and developing.
