Regional Business Manager Emerging Markets 80-100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Emerging Markets to support the Regional Head in strategic and operational tasks, with experience in the financial industry and knowledge of the private banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business affairs, conducting data analysis and preparing presentations, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders.
Tasks
- Manage regular and ad hoc business matters and inquiries from regional senior management, divisional stakeholders, and functional partners.
- Business and data analysis for concept development, reporting, and presentations
- Proactive and autonomous management of regular and ad hoc business management activities and administrative tasks
- Organizing regional management meetings, management offices, and town hall meetings
- Collaboration and coordination with various stakeholders within the bank to represent the interests of the region
Requirements
Professional skills
- Relevant higher education
- Relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably in a global bank
- Deep knowledge of the private banking industry in general and a profound understanding of the front-office perspective in particular
- Ability to develop and implement business-related concepts
- Ability to collect, interpret, and present business-relevant data
- Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English, German would be a great advantage (written and spoken)
