Tasks

• Manage regular and ad hoc business matters and inquiries from regional senior management, divisional stakeholders, and functional partners.
• Business and data analysis for concept development, reporting, and presentations
• Proactive and autonomous management of regular and ad hoc business management activities and administrative tasks
• Orchestration of regional management, management offsites, and town hall meetings
• Collaboration and coordination with various stakeholders within the bank to represent the interests of the region

Requirements

Professional skills:

• Relevant higher education
• Relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably in a global bank
• Deep knowledge of the private banking industry in general and a profound understanding of the front-office perspective in particular
• Ability to develop and implement business-related concepts
• Ability to collect, interpret, and present business-relevant data
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English, German would be a great advantage (written and spoken)
