Job Title: Regional Head of Fixed Income Production Services, Corporate Title: Vice President, Department: Wholesale Production Services, Location: London (Hybrid)

Role Overview

The role involves managing Fixed Income Production Services.

Qualifications

• Core Experience & Leadership:
  • Proven experience in a production support role at a major investment bank
  • Proven leadership and team management skills (with multiple resources simultaneously)
  • Development and/or management of junior members in a production services team
  • Proven ability to measure and improve performance using various metrics
• Financial markets & business knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of fixed-income products (interest rates and credit)
  • Basic understanding of the trading lifecycle
  • Understanding and experience with trade valuation, profit and loss statements, and risk
• Stakeholder management & communication:
  • Experience in communicating with business partners in the areas of trade, sales, middle office, and compliance
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with business, application development, infrastructure, and other functional groups globally
• Systems & Infrastructure Management:
  • Experience in supporting large-scale applications
  • Strong knowledge of various technologies, including Linux, databases, middleware, and networks
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL queries
• Incident & Problem Management:
  • Experience with Service Now or similar platforms for incident, change, request, and problem management
  • Ability to manage IT incidents and problem management processes for complex systems
