What you bring with you

• You have completed your professional and leadership career with an apprenticeship or a master’s degree (preferably in banking and finance).
• Strong interpersonal skills and several years of leadership experience in banking, ideally in customer service and/or sales.
• You combine strong conceptual and analytical skills with excellent interpersonal and methodological skills.
• For you, a day isn't successful unless you can apply the strategic challenges or skills you're learning.
• You are willing to live in the greater Freiamt area and get involved in community activities in the region.
• You prioritize team spirit and are willing to put the team before yourself.
