Regional Manager
Aargauische Kantonalbank is seeking a Regional Manager (full-time) in Rheinfelden who will lead a team with a high level of responsibility and embody the integration of corporate culture and sustainable business practices. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, leadership experience in the banking sector, and successful completion of a leadership training program.

What you bring with you
- You have completed your professional and leadership career with vocational training (economics, business administration) and/or a high school diploma (preferably with a focus on banking and finance).
- Strong interpersonal skills and several years of leadership experience in banking and/or with our clients—that’s what makes for a successful leadership development program.
- Passion and enthusiasm form the foundation of your successful leadership training.
- You combine strong cognitive and analytical skills with high social and emotional intelligence.
