What you bring with you

• You have completed your professional and leadership career with vocational training (economics, business administration) and/or a high school diploma (preferably with a focus on banking and finance).
• Strong interpersonal skills and several years of leadership experience in banking and/or with our clients—that’s what makes for a successful leadership development program.
• Passion and enthusiasm form the foundation of your successful leadership training.
• You combine strong cognitive and analytical skills with high social and emotional intelligence.
• For you, a successful day is one where you focus on affluent and active clients and build strong relationships.
• You are willing to live in the Freidorf area and get involved in community life in the region.
