Tasks

• Develop a regular compliance risk assessment process and provide periodic reports to senior management.
• Advising and guiding client bodies within their respective spheres of responsibility and areas of authority
• Supporting and handling tax and insurance matters for client properties or their areas of responsibility
• Support for the organization and management of organizational reports or based on organizational reports
• Collaboration with internal and external departments and support for compliance functions
• Participation in projects to improve the compliance framework and compliance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Taxation / Law / Economics with a focus on banking and/or insurance
• Knowledge of banking operations, internal audits, regulatory compliance, relevant expertise, and/or insurance operations, including international regulatory standards
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
