Regulatory Business and Project Manager, Europe (80–100%) (m/f/d)

LGT is seeking a Regulatory Business and Project Manager for Europe (80–100%) based in Vaduz or Zurich to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the private banking sector and to lead projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with MS Office tools, and a keen interest in data and regulatory details.

Your area of responsibility

We are looking for a Regulatory Business and Project Manager Europe (80–100%) (m/f/d) to join our Private Banking Europe organization. The position is based in either Vaduz and/or Zurich.

Requirements

  • Ensuring that the (pre-)trade mandatory documentation reflects the relevant regulatory requirements
  • Supporting product governance and suitability committees (e.g., Product Committee, Suitability Board) by preparing the basis for decision-making
  • Contribute to the definition of attributes and logic within the framework of product governance (e.g., target market attributes, risk classifications, fee schedules)
  • Test Management & Quality Assurance
  • Conducting and/or coordinating system tests
  • Acceptance of the implemented solutions from a technical perspective
  • Co-Chair of the European Suitability Board

Your profile

  • Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a strong affinity for data and regulatory details
  • Proficiency in using common MS Office tools (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools for process modeling)
  • Personal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration with specialists from various fields
  • The ability to assert oneself within the department, which includes functional areas and IT, combined with the ability to collaborate
  • A knack for the practical application and implementation of regulatory issues and problem-solving
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
